This 13 yo Double Cask Finish bottled exclusively for Spec's (Single Cask 132&133/2011) was matured in two separate Bourbon barrels for 10 uears before being married together and finished further in at 400 liter Clavados cask. The result is a whiksy that combines bright citrus and salty peat smoke with vanilla stewed apples and fresh pastries.
