Kilchoman Malt • Port Cask Matured

The Kilchoman Port Cask Matured limited edition was aged for the full term of its maturation in ruby port hogsheads. Casks were selected from two contrasting ages the youngest being 6 years old. Nose: Red berries and figs with citrus cinnamon and smoked paprika. Palate: Cooked strawberries smoked meats sweet tobacco and charcoal smoke. Finish: Warming with waves of fruity sweetness and ashy smoke.
