123 Organic Extra Aejo (Diablito) is made from 100% organic blue agave grown on a single high-elevation estate in the iron-rich red soils of Jalisco's Amatitn region then aged 40 months in new French Limousin oak. The nose reveals deep vanilla and plenty of fresh black pepper. The body is rich and creamy with flavors of deep vanilla racy spices and chewy roasted agave and a long finish of citrus-driven tartness. Certified USDA and EU Organic and presented in a wooden gift box. Limited annual release. 96 points Tasting Panel.
